Please take some time this Memorial Day weekend to honor those who've made the ultimate sacrifice and all those who have and continue to serve.
Grand Rapids - The annual parade will begin at 10 a.m. and head down Division and Fulton before entering at Veterans Memorial Park.
Alpine Township - The annual memorial service at Pine Grove Cemetery (6200 Vinton NW) honoring all American veterans buried at Township cemeteries begins at 11 a.m.
Holland - The parade will travel from 8th Street and Central Avenue to Columbia Avenue, then south to 16th Street and east to the Pilgrim Home Cemetery, where a ceremony will follow. Starts at 9:30 a.m.
Lowell - The parade to honor the men and women of our armed forces begins at 10 a.m. on Main Street and travels to Oakwood Cemetery.
Middleville - Line-up begins at 9:30 a.m. at McFall Elementary with the parade stepping off on Main Street at 10:30 a.m.
Downtown Muskegon - More than 60 marching units, seven marching bands and low-flying airplanes are part of this 9 a.m. parade that ends at Hackley Park.
Muskegon - The parade to remember veterans begins at 10:30am at the corner of Bordon & Lakeshore drives, featuring floats, the Muskegon High School Marching Band and more.
