Kate Upton turned 21 on Monday, June 10 -- and the buxom blonde may have celebrated her milestone birthday with a new man. The two-time Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover girl is rumored to be dating Dancing With the Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy, multiple insiders told Us Weekly exclusively. "It's very new," a source says of the stars' alleged romance. "They were set up through friends. They just started dating."

When contacted by Us, Chmerkovskiy's rep declined to comment on his personal life.

Drake Bell Says Amanda Bynes Is 'Good And Healthy' (Full Story: New York Daily News)

Count one more for team Amanda Bynes.  The troubled actress' former Nickelodeon co-star Drake Bell spoke out about his friend during an appearance at Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City on Saturday.

Despite the litany of bizarre Bynes-related incidents in the past month, including the actress' arrest after allegedly chucking a bong out of her 36th story Manhattan apartment window, Bell insists that the former "All That" star is doing fine.

"Amanda and I are close," Bell, 26, told OK! Magazine. "We worked together for years. I talk to her every day. She's a sweetheart. I had lunch with her yesterday, and she's brilliant. She's good and she's healthy."

Bell attributes Bynes' recent run-ins with the press to a bout of self-discovery, not a cry for help.

"She's in a place right now where she is searching," he said. "She's ready to be her own person, and do her own thing. She is a girl who is finding herself."

Former NFL star Chad Johnson got arrested in court because he slapped his attorney's backside.

Chad was in a Florida courtroom finalizing a plea agreement for a probation violation.  Sources say it was a pretty good deal for him, but he messed it up royally.

The judge asked him if he was happy with his attorney, and he said yes.  Then she agreed with him and started praising his lawyer, so Chad thought it would be cool to give the guy a congratulatory pat on the ass. 

Everyone in the courtroom laughed, which made things even worse.  The judge flipped!  She said, quote, "I don't know that you're taking this whole thing seriously... s there something funny about what's going on here today?"

Then she refused to accept the deal.  Instead, she ordered Chad to be cuffed and taken to jail for 30 days.

Justin Bieber Sued For Attack With Gun?! (Full Story: TMZ)

A photographer who claims Justin Bieber directed his bodyguards to attack him and steal his memory card is now suing the singer and one of the bodyguards, alleging the bodyguard threatened him with a gun during the incident.

As TMZ first reported, photog Jeffrey Binion filed a police report June 5, claiming Bieber's bodyguards attacked him while he tried to take pics of the Biebs outside Miami's Hit Factory recording studio.

Simon Cowell Egged On Live TV (Full Story: USA TODAY)

During Saturday night's live finale in London of Britain's Got Talent, the judge-everyone-loves-to-hate was pelted with eggs.

According to the Daily Mail, viola player Natalie Holt was playing in the backup orchestra for brothers Adam and Richard Johnson, who were performing onstage, when she got up from her chair. With an egg carton in her left hand, she cut through the men and began to toss eggs at Cowell and the other judges.

Holt managed to get at least five eggs lobbed at Cowell before security stopped her. Through it all, the brothers kept singing, finishing an operatic version of The Impossible Dream.  Check it out...

"American Idol" Executive Producer Fired (Full Story: Billboard)

Nigel Lythgoe has been fired as executive producer of "American Idol." The longtime "Idol" fixture, who briefly went on hiatus from the show during its eighth and ninth seasons, confirmed the news via his @dizzyfeet handle on the micro-blogging site, Twitter.

"Just had 10 days in the Bahamas, rain everyday. I get back to the States and get fired. Sad!," Lythgoe tweeted Saturday morning.

Lythgoe added that he has reason not to be blue -- he's still with Fox for "So You Think You Can Dance," which is stepping up the competition this week: "Monday we choose our top 20. I'll smile again."

Justin Bieber Escorted Out Of Club (Full Story: Hollywood Life)

Justin Bieber tried to hit up a party at the Lure nightclub in Hollywood Saturday night, but got denied because he's underage.

One of Justin's people actually called the club earlier in the day and told them he was coming. The club told him not to come because he's only 19, but he showed up anyway.

When he got there, he tried to sneak through a back door, and it might have worked, except that he got a shout-out from the stage.

The rapper Game was performing, and he saw Justin sneaking in, so he announced that Justin was there.

A source says, quote, "That's when security saw him and escorted him out immediately.  He left right away, he seemed really embarrassed."
