"Argo" And "Les Miserables" Were Big Winners At The Golden Globes (Complete Winners List: Golden Globe Awards Official Website)
The Golden Globes went down last night, and the movies "Argo" and "Les Misérables" were the big winners, along with the cable shows "Homeland" and "Girls."
In the movie categories, "Argo" won Best Drama, and Ben Affleck won Best Director, also for "Argo".
"Les Misérables" won Best Musical or Comedy, and two of its stars also won... Hugh Jackman won Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy, and Anne Hathaway won Best Supporting Actress.
Adele's "Skyfall" theme won Best Original Song, and she gave arguably the most amusing acceptance speech of the night.

Lady Gaga, Osbourne Feud Heats Up (Full Story: Huffington Post)
Two days after Sharon Osbourne released a scathing open letter -- dissing Lady Gaga and her fans for bullying her daughter Kelly Osbourne -- Mother Monster has spoken out... again.
Gaga responded to Sharon's opinion on her feud with Kelly, taking to her Facebook page to post her thoughts on the matter. She wrote:
"The 'real world' can be cruel, why not try to change it into a better place? I am an activist. Nobody takes adolescents seriously, I do. My letter to Kelly Osbourne was open, because her statements on cyber-bullying were public & as a youth activist I'm compelled to be involved."
On Jan. 10, Sharon shared a Facebook post with her fans, labeling Gaga "nothing more than a publicly seeking hypocrite and an attention seeker" who could use her celebrity status to incite real change.
"I am calling you a bully because you have 32 million followers hanging on your every word and you are criticizing Kelly in your open letter," Sharon writes. "Are you so desperate that you needed to make this public? A word from you would stop all the hideous, negative and vile threats from your 'little monsters,'" she ended with.
Gaga and Kelly have been at each other's throats for years. This time around, Kelly called the singer's fans "the worst" in a recent interview with Fabulous, saying they bully her on a daily basis. This obviously got Gaga upset as she posted an open letter on her LittleMonsters.com blog, which led to Sharon's defense of her daughter.

Britney Spears Close To Closing Mega-Las Vegas Deal (Full Story: TMZ)
Britney Spears' team has almost locked an enormously lucrative deal which will make her a fortune in return for appearing in Las Vegas.
Britney is seriously considering picking up stakes and making her residency Las Vegas -- something just made easier after her split with fiance Jason Trawick. She's been negotiating with one of the Caesar group properties to appear in a Celine Dion-type show.
One of the outstanding issues -- exactly what Britney will be doing. There's back-and-forth over whether she will just perform on stage at a big theater multiple nights a week, or whether she will also make appearances at functions in the hotels, nightclubs and pool day clubs.
Sources say the money being negotiated is "astronomical" -- more than Celine's $100 mil a year.
