A man was hit by a vehicle and dragged three miles Friday night.  Walker city police say he died.

As police explain, the pedestrian, who's identify is still unconfirmed, was trying to cross Wilson Avenue at Chesterfield in the dark around 10:30.   He was hit by one vehicle and then a second.

The man's body becamed lodged under the second vehicle and did not fall off until three miles later, after two left turns, and just across the county line on Johnson Road, near Kenowa Avenue.

Walker police are still trying to piece the entire story together and ask you to call if you saw this at all:  616-791-6887.
