West Michigan law enforcement agencies hope to find a father and his sons after the youngsters were kidnapped from a supervised visit in Ottawa County.

Six year old Jack and four year old Colt Charlson are believed to be with their 37 year old father Wade. The boys were taken without permission from Georgetown Township Monday night about 8:30 p.m. They are likely to be traveling in Charlson's black 2001 Kia Spectra with the Michigan license plate DBU-1656.

OSCD Sergeant Greg Rotman said it was believed Wade Charlson may be heading to Ionia County with the boys. Ionia County Central Dispatch told WOOD Radio they were aware patrols were to be on the lookout for the vehicle and family.

Any information on their whereabouts should be offered to the Ottawa County Sheriff's Department. Calls can be made to the department (800) 249-0911 or Silent Observer at (877) 88-SILENT (887-4536).
