Mirror Online tells the story of 47-year-old Dawn Chadwick of England. Dawn, like many of us, wanted to lose some weight. Dawn had a lot of weight to lose... in 2008, she weighed 520 pounds.
Dawn said she tried dieting, but it didn't work. So... she decided to eat nothing but PUMPKIN!

Dawn said, quote, "I love pumpkin, I could eat it all day. If I get [hungry], I will pick up a piece of cooked pumpkin instead of the snacks I used to eat. I just love the taste of it. It's so low in calories and fat that I can eat as much as I want."
Crazy enough, it worked! Dawn lost 300 pounds! Eating only pumpkin, she's down to 220 pounds!
