Kanye West Went Postal On A Photographer, Photog Pressing Charges
Kanye West was a ticking timebomb. It was inevitable that he would attack at some point, and it finally happened on Friday at Los Angeles International Airport.
As expected, the paparazzi were hot on Kanye's tail as he walked to his car. Most of the photographers seemed to be obeying Kanye's recent directive to NOT talk to him, but of course, there was one... one ultimate douche photog that kept pushing it.
Daniel Ramos is that douche's name. As TMZ reports and as the video shows, he continued to ask Kanye why he couldn't speak to him, so Kanye finally responded with, quote, "You're trying to get me in trouble, so I have to pay you like $250,000."
When that response failed to get the message across, Kanye lunged at Daniel and tried to take this camera. Daniel fell to the ground and injured his hip. Kanye then jumped into a waiting car and sped off.
Daniel, of course, filed a police report, and as TMZ reports he will press charges. There are reports that this could be treated as an attempted robbery, which would be a felony. If Kanye is charged with battery alone, it'll be a misdemeanor.
Selena Gomez Confirms She's NOT With Justin Bieber

Selena Gomez turns 21 today. She has plans to celebrate her big day (hopefully with a shot or two), but she will NOT do it with her on-again, off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber.
Airing last night, Selena sat down with Ryan Seacrest and opened up about fame, life, and love. She's an incredibly poised woman, in my opinion, and handled the "Bieber questions" with grace. As E! News reports and as confirmed to Mr. Seacrest, Selena is NOT dating Justin Bieber at the current time.
Reflecting on her relationship with the spitting pop sensation, Selena said, quote, "I learned a lot. I learned that I should definitely keep it way more private next time."
"Glee" To Pay Tribute To Cory Monteith In Third Episode
"Glee" Co-Creator, Ryan Murphy, sat down with The Hollywood Reporter to discuss the tragedy he and the rest of the cast are currently coming to grips with. He said, quote, "Ultimately, we decided the best thing for everyone is to get back to work and be around people who knew and loved him so that everyone can grieve together."
That being said and as Fox announced on Friday, "Glee's" fifth-season premiere date will only be delayed one week. September 26 is the projected start date. As stated by The Hollywood Reporter, the current plan is to pay tribute to Cory in the third episode, assuming Ryan Murphy and his team "can get it perfect."
Following the third episode, there are plans of a long hiatus while writers try to figure out how to come back.
